Job Title: HR Intern (Male)

Location: Coimbatore
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: Yes

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Male HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Support employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain HR records, attendance, and basic reports
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
Assist in HR policies, letters, and communication
Support HR in daily administrative tasks
Help manage walk-in interviews and office coordination

Requirements:

Male candidates preferred
Any degree (HR / MBA HR students preferred)
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
