About the Role:


HR Intern


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and HR communications
  • Help draft offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR documents
  • Conduct research and assist in developing HR policies and procedures


Requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • A basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
