HR Intern

Job Description

Location: "Remote" Duration: 1-6 months Mode: Online Internship Registration fee is applicable. About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and more. Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) Screen resumes and schedule interviews Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires Maintain and update HR databases and employee records Assist with employee engagement activities and HR communications Help draft offer letters, internship certificates, and other HR documents Conduct research and assist in developing HR policies and procedures Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with good organizational skills A basic understanding of HR functions is a plus Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Perks & Benefits: Certificate of Internship Flexible working hours Exposure to real-world HR practices Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Opportunity to be considered for a full-time role
