Job Description: As an HR Intern at FLP Labs, you will gain valuable experience in human resources and talent management within a fast-paced, growing EdTech environment. You will support various HR functions and work closely with the HR team to help recruit, retain, and support employees while gaining exposure to a range of HR activities, from recruitment to employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process: posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. - Assist in onboarding activities, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in HR systems. - Support employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and feedback collection. - Assist in HR policy updates, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and legal standards. - Help with performance management processes by coordinating evaluations and tracking employee progress. - Participate in various HR projects, such as organizing training programs, diversity initiatives, or wellness programs. - Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong interest in HR, particularly in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management. - Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Previous internship or experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus, but not required.,
