Key Responsibility Areas 1. Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with candidates, employees, and recruitment partners. 3. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling employee data, preparing reports, and managing documentation. 4. Team-Oriented Attitude: Willingness to collaborate closely with the HR team, providing support as needed to meet HR objectives. 5. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, particularly when managing multiple recruitment and onboarding tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in MS Office: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus. 7. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Skills & Qualifications Required 1.
