What Youll Be Doing Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth experience for new hires. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Conduct research on HR trends and contribute to process improvements. Provide administrative support and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information. What Were Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus!
