Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases . Screen resumes and applications to match qualifications and requirements. Communicate with potential candidates to understand their skills, experience, and goals. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database. Support employer branding efforts and job postings across platforms. Collaborate with the HR team to create a positive candidate experience. Learn and understand various job roles and industry demands to better source candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and tools. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a proactive attitude. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools.
