Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in maintaining employee records, organizing HR documents, assisting with HR projects, and handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and managing emails. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting the recruitment team by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job postings. - Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new employees have the necessary resources and information for their roles. - Participating in or assisting with new employee orientation programs to help them understand company policies and procedures. Other Responsibilities: You will be involved in conducting research on HR-related topics, analyzing data, and providing insights to the HR team. Additionally, you will participate in employee engagement activities to contribute to a positive work environment and gain practical experience in HR operations. Qualifications Required: - Organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth HR processes. - Attention to detail is crucial for accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks. - Effective communication skills are important for interactions with employees, managers, and other HR staff. - Problem-solving skills will be key in identifying and addressing issues to contribute to the resolution of employee relations problems. - Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data is necessary. - Basic knowledge of labor laws is important for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
