We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This is an on-site role focusing on recruitment for approximately 3 months, with the potential to gain exposure to other HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. Source candidates through various channels and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline. Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations for further interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in the selection process. Maintain and update the recruitment database and track recruitment metrics. Support other HR functions and tasks as needed, including onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative duties. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
