Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. This internship is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and get an inside look at HR in a tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles Help coordinate onboarding and induction for new hires Maintain and update employee databases and documentation Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives Draft and publish job postings on various platforms Assist in internal communication, policy dissemination, and compliance tracking Help organize HR records and ensure proper documentation Provide day-to-day support in HR operations and administrative tasks Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of HR principles and practices Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What You’ll Gain: Practical exposure to multiple HR functions Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Insight into working within a tech-focused organization A foundation for launching a career in Human Resources Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: In person
