Role : Head HR Job Title: Sr. HR Manager Location: Gurgaon (WFO) Reports to: Management Department: Human Resources Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the HR function, developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the overall business objectives. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive a high-performance culture. Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives. 2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Ensure 100% on-time hiring for key roles with an optimal selection process. Enhance employer branding to attract top talent. Develop recruitment strategies to ensure workforce scalability. 3. Performance Management & Employee Development: Implement and manage a robust Performance Management System (PMS). Drive career development and succession planning programs. Ensure leadership development through training and coaching. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity. Drive employee satisfaction and well-being programs. 5. Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee compensation benchmarking and salary structures. Ensure competitive and fair remuneration policies. Manage employee benefits, rewards, and recognition programs. 6. Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations and grievance management effectively. 7. HR Analytics & Technology: Utilize HR metrics to analyze workforce trends and drive decision-making. Drive HR digital transformation and automation initiatives. Manage HRIS systems for efficient employee data tracking. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Employee retention rate & attrition control. Average hiring TAT (Time to Fill). Employee engagement survey scores. Performance review completion rate. Compliance and audit scores. Training & development participation and effectiveness. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced industry. Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, talent management, HR technology, compliance, employee engagement, change management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management. Why Join Us?
