Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Align HR strategies with business objectives to enhance productivity and workforce effectiveness. Implement HR policies and initiatives focused on inclusivity, safety, and compliance. Use people analytics to drive workforce planning, performance management, and engagement strategies. Drive initiatives to improve company culture, employee engagement, and retention. 2. Industry Relations & Compliance Maintain strong relationships with blue collar workers and ensure industrial harmony. Ensure compliance with labor laws, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other industry regulations. Address workplace grievances fairly and transparently. Develop training program in collaboration with production to skill enhancement of blue collar & supervisors. 3. People Analytics & HR Technology Leverage HR technology and data analytics for workforce planning and decision-making. Manage HR metrics, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making. Use predictive analytics to identify trends and improve HR strategies. Ensure smooth payroll, compliance, and administrative functions. 4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a fair and compliant work environment. Oversee performance management programs, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Handle complex employee relations issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. 5. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition with a focus on diverse hiring. Use predictive analytics to anticipate hiring needs and workforce trends. Implement competency-based recruitment and internal mobility programs. Develop and promote inclusive hiring practices to ensure workforce diversity. Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be MBA in HR with 10+ years of experience in HR leadership role in Manufacturing facilities with strong know of corporate HR Management Excellent Communication skills.
