Job Description

Currently we have an urgent job opening for HR Generalist with one of our clients, located at Juinagar, NaviMumbai. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in BMS Roles & Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing. Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly timesheets from employees. Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration. Handle statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other labor laws. Calculate employee bonuses, allowances, and tax deductions. Prepare and maintain payroll expense reports. Ensure compliance with HR regulations and provide documentation for audits. Generate HR MIS reports and analytics for management review. Manage contract employees and coordinate with multiple clients and government authorities. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies. Key Skills: Proficiency in payroll processing and compliance. Advanced Excel skills. Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory filings. Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations. Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
