Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist Department: Human Resources Location: Thane West Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and people-focused professional who can balance administrative efficiency with strategic HR support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other joining documents. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 3. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations Maintain attendance and leave records. Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll inputs. Manage employee data in HRMS and ensure timely updates. 4. Performance Management Assist in implementing the performance appraisal system. Support managers and employees in goal setting and review processes. 5. Compliance & Policy Implementation Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain employee files and HR documentation as per company and legal standards. Support in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. 6. Training & Development Identify training needs in coordination with department heads. Organize internal/external training programs. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Problem-solving and multitasking ability High level of integrity and confidentiality Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) Experience: 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role Intrested Candidate can contact on 9529237471 or share your resume on abhijeet.mondal@stormfinancial.in
