Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Lead performance management processes, including setting KPI's, conducting appraisals, and managing feedback. Oversee the salary structure, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and HR information systems. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Facilitate and conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Support organizational development and change management initiatives. Process payroll in coordination with the finance team. Assist with annual HR planning and budgeting. Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 7-8 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS and ATS systems Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Strong written and verbal english communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Problem-solving mind-set with attention to detail Experience in a similar industry is a plus. In-depth understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
