Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR to lead and oversee our Human Resources operations. The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing HR staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to drive a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement strategies. Handle complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance. Recruitment & Talent Management Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Performance Management & Development Manage the performance appraisal process and support continuous feedback culture. Identify training needs and support the design and implementation of learning programs. Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation planning. Evaluate and improve employee benefits programs to support workforce needs. HR Data & Reporting Maintain HR metrics and reporting systems to inform decision-making. Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions. Team Leadership Manage and mentor HR staff to ensure professional growth and alignment with department goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 1-3 years of progressive HR experience In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
