HR Generalist - Real Estate

As an HR Generalist in the Real Estate sector, your role will involve handling various HR operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the HR department across all office locations. Your attention to detail, timely reporting, and proactive communication skills will be crucial in executing your responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Managing employee experience and engagement initiatives. - Overseeing attendance management processes. - Handling onboarding and new joiners management. - Managing offer and appointment processes. - Facilitating resignations and exit formalities. - Coordinating statutory compliance requirements. - Collaborating with other departments as needed. - Undertaking ad hoc tasks and providing support where necessary. Skills & Competencies Required: - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP and basic formulas) and Zoho Sheets. - Familiarity with HRMS tools like Teamnest. - Effective time management abilities to meet daily reporting deadlines. - Understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR documentation processes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Please note that this role requires 3 years of relevant experience in the HR domain.
