If you re passionate about enhancing employee experience and driving HR initiatives, we d love to have you on board! Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience in human resource management, preferably in a technology/software organization. Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and payroll coordination . Familiarity with HR policies, grievance handling, and employee engagement initiatives . Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality . Working knowledge of HRIS tools and HR analytics . Responsibilities: Act as an HR partner to business teams, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. Support managers in performance reviews, goal setting, and career development discussions. Assist in the execution of HR initiatives, including employee engagement, retention programs, and learning development activities. Help drive a positive workplace culture by supporting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Support payroll processes and ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies. Address employee concerns and grievances, escalating issues when necessary. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improving workforce planning and engagement.
