Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development plans
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance Skills and career growth
  • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support organizational goals
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the alignment of HR practices with business needs

  • Required

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational Skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Problem-solving Skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

  • Qualification
    Master's Human Resources Management, MHRM is an added advantage
