Job Description

Responsibilities

Administer and manage day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and development plans

Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance Skills and career growth

Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution support

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support organizational goals

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing

Collaborate with management to ensure the alignment of HR practices with business needs

Required

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions

Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices

Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational Skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Problem-solving Skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

Qualification
Master's Human Resources Management, MHRM is an added advantage
