Role Responsibilities: The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR delivery, People Management, and performance in a location / market or for a function(s) by utilizing and deploying of the programs, tools, policies & frameworks developed by COE. Policy Development and Implementation • Develop and maintain employee relations policies, guidelines, and procedures. • Communicate policies effectively to employees and leadership ensuring consistency in enforcement. Performance Management • Review all PIP cases • Advise managers on how to conduct fair performance evaluations, handle underperformance, and support employee development. Investigations: • Investigate complaints or allegations related to harassment, discrimination, or misconduct. Investigate all cases raised on ethics point • Ensure investigations are thorough, impartial, and documented properly, maintaining confidentiality • Work with legal or compliance teams when necessary to manage legal risks. Training and Development Train managers on effective conflict resolution, communication, and employee relations practices. • Provide guidance on how to handle disciplinary actions and performance management. Employee Grievance Handling • Ensure that grievances are addressed in a timely and professional manner, ensuring fairness and transparency in resolving issues. Change Management Support • Support the organization during periods of change, such as restructuring, redundancies, ensuring that employee concerns are heard and addressed. • Assist in creating communication strategies to minimize resistance and ensure smooth transitions. Experience / skills required: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in developing written policies and communications. • Demonstrated ability to seek out and suggest alternate procedures to meet objectives and strict deadlines. • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel. • Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Proficient in English Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
