Job Description

Role Overview: You will manage all day-to-day HR administration tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, providing materials for employee training, preparing job offer emails and employment contracts, measuring performance, reviewing processes, and implementing reward schemes. Additionally, you will maintain data on annual leave and attendance records, induct new staff, and oversee the probation period. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
