Job Role: HR Generalist Job Type: Full Time Job Type: WFO Job Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai Work Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM IST Responsibilities: This role would be accountable for managing all the HR activities with the recruitment team and liaising with key stakeholders (hiring managers and leadership). Establishing and ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are adhered to, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks, and offers. Strong understanding of recruiting processes and procedures and understanding of recruiting resources and marketing plans. Strong interviewing skills & good understanding of pipeline management and yield analysis. Highly organized and have experience directing others. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, think strategically and partner with leadership on HR initiatives Ability to facilitate HR plan and strategy and constructively challenge and influence leadership on people/HR issues Fluent English is a mustproven written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills.
