Key Responsibilities: - Play a pivotal role in onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment setup, orientation, and exit documentation. - Manage and maintain employee records and data in HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy across systems and workflows. - Pull and analyze reports to support audits, people metrics, and HR team requests. - Support compliance initiatives by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal processes. - Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and procedures. - Contribute to engagement efforts and help foster a positive workplace culture. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - 3+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience. - Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like UKG Pro. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a solution-oriented approach. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in pulling, organizing, and analyzing HR data to inform decisions.
