Job Description: HR Generalist Position: HR Generalist Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Location: Bangalore, India About Client client is a leading investment firm specializing in delivering innovative financial solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities • Employee Relations Act as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. • HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. • Performance Management Support the annual performance appraisal process. Work with managers to identify and address performance issues. • Training & Development Identify employee training needs and coordinate learning initiatives. Support career development and succession planning programs. • Payroll & Benefits Administration Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with the finance team. Manage employee benefits, including insurance and leave policies. • HR Metrics & Reporting Maintain and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. Provide regular reports on HR activities and trends. Key Skills & Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
