Job Responsibilities:

• Handling recruitment agencies and in-house recruitment (Searching, Shortlisting, and scheduling interviews) via various channels like LinkedIn.
• Onboarding and Exit process, company policies, maintaining employees relationship.
• Scheduling team meetings and developing team productivity and spirit
• Branding company page and handling LinkedIn posts.
• Helping the company grow by hiring the best candidates and retaining employees and looking after their grievances
• Managing team-building activities
• Looking after various office needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
