Job Description

- Lead organization-wide talent acquisition efforts - Manage employee communications and engagement activities - Coordinate employee induction, HRMIS, and other HR processes - Implement HR policies and procedures - Conduct performance appraisals and employee inductions - Address employee-related issues and provide creative solutions Requirements: - 1 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on talent acquisition in the networking, cloud, and security domain - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Self-motivated and committed to creating a solid, healthy company culture - Knowledge of HR processes and policies - Flexible and results-oriented
