Job Description

Develop and implement various HR subsystems such as Job Descriptions, Performance Management Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Progression Plans, and Separation Plans. Draft and implement the HR Manual. Provide guidance and support in the implementation of HR subsystems at the shopfloor level. Conduct regular visits to the shopfloor to ensure smooth HR operations. Proficiently utilize MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for HR-related tasks. Exposure to manufacturing sites is preferred, but individuals with a strong desire to learn and excel in these systems are also welcome to apply.
