Role & responsibilities Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and conducting new hire orientations. Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Support HR team with employee engagement and welfare activities. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations. Help with training and development initiatives. Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, organizing meetings, and handling HR-related correspondence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of HR practices and labor laws is a plus (but not required). Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Desired Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
