Job Description Position: HR Field Recruiter – Blue Collar

Base Location: Rampura, Bangalore Job Summary

The HR Field Recruiter – Blue Collar will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding blue-collar employees such as delivery executives, drivers, laundry staff, helpers, and technicians. This role involves extensive field recruitment, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across locations.

Key Responsibilities

 Source and recruit blue-collar candidates through field visits, local agencies, job fairs, references, and tie-ups with skill development centers.

 Manage end-to-end recruitment: candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and joining formalities.

 Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet manpower requirements on time.

 Coordinate with operations and HR teams for deployment and documentation.

 Conduct daily/weekly recruitment drives and maintain reports.

 Handle onboarding activities including ID creation, documentation, and induction coordination.  Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and training institutes.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (Aadhaar, bank details, background verification, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in field recruitment).

 3–5 years of experience in blue-collar or mass hiring.

 Strong local networking and field recruitment experience.  Good communication skills in English and the local language.  Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.

 Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
