Job Description: HR Executive Position: HR Executive Department: Human Resources Location: 616, Shekhar Central, Palasia, Indore Employment Type: Full-Time Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support our daily HR operations and ensure a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance activities with professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various hiring platforms. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents. Ensure smooth joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records. 2. HR Operations & Documentation Maintain employee files, HRMS updates, and attendance reports. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, salary structure, leaves, and benefits. Prepare letters such as confirmation letters, warning letters, appraisal letters, and experience letters. Manage exit formalities including resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, and full & final settlements. 3. Payroll & Compliance Support Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave deductions, and overtime. Assist in statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc. Ensure timely submission of required compliance documents. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations. Conduct induction sessions and help maintain a positive workplace culture. Address employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism. 5. HR Policy & Process Management Support development, implementation, and communication of HR policies. Ensure all processes align with company guidelines and legal requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, and HR documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Preferred Qualities: Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
