Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation, induction, system access, and orientation for new joiners. - Coordinating with IT/Admin for asset allocation and system setup for new employees. - Facilitating smooth exit processes such as full and final settlement, exit interviews, and clearance formalities. - Maintaining accurate records for all joiners and leavers. - Tracking daily attendance, leaves, and work hours using HRIS/biometric systems. - Handling queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, and attendance. - Ensuring compliance with statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, etc. - Liaising with various departments (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.) to support HR-related workflows. - Ensuring seamless communication between departments for employee-related processes. - Acting as a bridge between employees and management for resolving day-to-day issues. - Maintaining and regularly updating employee records in the HR management system. - Preparing HR letters, contracts, and compliance documentation. - Supporting audits and ensuring proper documentation for statutory compliance. - Assisting in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. - Providing support in grievance handling and employee welfare programs. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). - 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations. - Good understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Please note that this is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
