Job Description

  • Conduct Training Need Analysis for sales and other departments.
  • Create and deliver training for sales onboarding, product knowledge, communication, and soft skills.
  • Organize induction and orientation for new joiners.
  • Coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics.
  • Track training attendance, assessments, and performance improvement.
  • Maintain training MIS and reports.
  • Support employee engagement and basic HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
