Key Responsibilities: Deliver training on Toyota Production System methodologies (APQP/PPAP, MIF). Identify training needs and analyze skill gaps. Develop and implement annual training plans , skill matrices , and competency mapping . Coordinate and schedule training sessions. Conduct feedback analysis to evaluate training effectiveness. Maintain training records and reports. Qualifications: Education: MBA in HR (preferred), Diploma/Degree in a technical field. Experience: 2-5 years in technical training, with experience in TPS training (APQP/PPAP, MIF). Strong knowledge of competency mapping and feedback analysis . Experience in training coordination and development. Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proficient in TPS principles and lean manufacturing . Preferred: Experience with training software and LMS . Familiarity with ISO standards or related certifications.
