Job Title: HR Executive Location: Navi Mumbai, Vashi (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher to 1 year Joining: Immediate Preference: Male candidates preferred Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Vashi. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring a strong command of English communication. The ideal candidate should be ready to handle HR administration, employee engagement, and recruitment tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in onboarding, exit formalities, and HR policy implementation. Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and compliance. Prepare HR reports and handle documentation for audits. 2. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. Organize team-building activities, events, and wellness programs. Conduct feedback sessions and improve employee satisfaction initiatives. 3. Recruitment Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements. Post job openings, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews. Conduct initial HR interviews and facilitate the hiring process. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in HR functions (Freshers with relevant internships can apply). Strong command of English communication (verbal written). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Immediate availability to join. Male candidates preferred.
