HR Executive (Construction & Steel Fabrication Industry)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who has previously worked in EPC construction, contracting, or steel fabrication companies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for site roles like engineers, supervisors, senior engineers, MEP , planning engineers, QS/Billing engineers, etc.

The primary focus will be recruitment and building a strong talent pipeline for our ongoing and upcoming projects. Additionally, the candidate should be well-versed in Payroll, ESI, PF, PT, onboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, onboarding.
• Understanding manpower requirements for construction & fabrication projects and hiring accordingly.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases.
• Manage Payroll processing and statutory compliance including ESI, PF, PT and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate with department heads and site teams to track manpower movement.
• Handle joining formalities, induction, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure smooth HR operations, grievance support, and HR reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / MBA in HR or equivalent specialization (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of HR experience specifically in construction, EPC, contracting, or steel fabrication companies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment for project sites and fabrication workshops.
• Good knowledge of Payroll and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, PT).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and must be proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
