Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Maintain accurate records of candidates and assist in the onboarding process. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment and address employee queries related to benefits. Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the effective administration of employee benefits. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documents. Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
