Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding). Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Handle joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and exit processes. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure policy compliance. Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Support HR policies, performance management, and appraisal processes. Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information. Assist in planning HR events, employee engagement activities, and corporate communication.
