Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Support performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leaves, etc.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/admin when needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Assist in learning & development initiatives and internal training coordination.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
• Good knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, etc.)
• Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
