Coordinate for and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline. Reviewing resumes and screening candidates Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates. Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Maintain records of all line ups and selections to share with key stake holders.
