Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRExecutive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in theoverall HR functions, with a primary focus on recruitment, payroll processing,employee relations, onboarding, training, performance analysis, and eventarrangements. Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including jobpostings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Manage internal hiring needs for various departments. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiringrequirements and source candidates accordingly. Conduct thorough screening and reference checks to ensurethe quality of candidates. Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timelinessin processing. Maintain updated records of employees' working hours,leaves, and other relevant information. Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolveissues promptly. Employee Grievance Handling: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressinggrievances and providing timely resolutions. Foster a positive work environment by promoting opencommunication and conflict resolution. Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate a comprehensive onboarding processfor new hires. Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the companyculture. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees withcompany policies and procedures. Freelancers Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for freelancers and externalcontractors. Establish and maintain strong working relationships withfreelancers to ensure seamless collaboration. Training Programs: Identify training needs across departments and organizerelevant training programs. Collaborate with department heads to design and implementeffective training initiatives. Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuousimprovements. Performance Analysis: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes toassess employee performance. Provide constructive feedback and support managers increating improvement plans. Contribute to the development and implementation ofperformance management strategies. Event Arrangements: Plan and coordinate various company events, ensuring theirsuccessful execution. Foster a positive company culture through the organizationof team-building activities and celebrations. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and general HR functions. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
