HR Executive

**Job Description:** As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. Your responsibilities will include: - Recognizing the manpower needs and presenting them to the HR manager for approval - Creating job descriptions for different roles and posting them on various platforms - Coordinating HR activities such as meetings, interviews, and schedules - Assisting in the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates - Managing the orientation process for new employees - Identifying training needs and organizing training and development programs - Maintaining employee data for each department - Implementing and overseeing HR policies and procedures - Managing recruitment processes from resume screening to conducting background checks - Updating and maintaining employee records in HR databases - Handling employee benefits and compensation packages - Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees - Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations - Generating HR-related reports for management - Managing employee separation processes and conducting exit interviews - Listening to employee complaints and ensuring workplace safety **Qualifications Required:** - 1 year of experience in HR (Preferred) - Proficiency in Hindi and English - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and benefits including food, health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus.
