Job Description

As an HR Executive (Factory & Labor Law Compliance), your role involves ensuring labor law compliance in factory operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to labor laws. Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs on labor laws and safety. Collaboration with management to implement HR policies and procedures is essential for this role. Qualifications required for this position include being a male candidate with a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. You should have 3-5 years of experience in HR and labor law compliance, with a strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this role.
