As an HR Executive (Factory & Labor Law Compliance), your role involves ensuring labor law compliance in factory operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to labor laws. Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs on labor laws and safety. Collaboration with management to implement HR policies and procedures is essential for this role.
