Position Profile: HR Executive Title: HR Executive & HR Intern CompanyName: Rhysley Private Limited Company Website: www.rhysley.com Location:Plot No - 161, IMT Faridabad, Sector 86, Faridabad, Haryana Working Days: 6Days Recruitment Responsibilities : Job Posting & Sourcing : Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms. Screening & Shortlisting : Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings. Interview Coordination : Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status. Candidate Database Management : Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the recruitment tracker. Ensure proper documentation of resumes and interview feedback. Onboarding Support : Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents. Coordinate background verification and joining formalities. Operations Responsibilities : Employee Records & Documentation : Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Ensure all HR documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.) are properly filed. HR Policies & Compliance : Assist in communicating HR policies to new and existing employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Attendance & Leave Management : Track employee attendance and leaves. Assist in resolving any attendance-related queries. Employee Engagement Activities : Help plan and execute employee engagement programs. Support in organizing team-building activities and HR events. HR Reporting & Analytics : Prepare reports on recruitment, attrition, and employee performance. Assist in analyzing HR metrics for process improvements.
