Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source potential candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct preliminary screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and industry best practices.
