Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources, handle day-to-day HR activities, and support the HR department in ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR files.
• Induction & Onboarding: Conducting joining formalities, employee induction programs, and orientation.
• HR Operations: Managing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
• Employee Engagement: Organizing events, activities, and initiatives to keep employees motivated.
• Grievance Handling: Supporting employees with queries related to HR policies, salary, leaves, etc.
• Performance Management Support: Assisting in performance review processes.

Required Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR processes & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HRMS software (preferred but not mandatory)
• Problem-solving attitude with eagerness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent preferred
