Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Executive with a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. The ideal candidate should be efficient, people-oriented, and capable of handling high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments (operations, sales, e-commerce, marketing, warehouse, etc.)
• Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow-up throughout the hiring cycle
• Post job descriptions and manage responses across recruitment platforms
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding formalities
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
• Support HR team with day-to-day activities and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
