HR Executive

As a Human Resource Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the human resource functions and talent management strategies to ensure the organization's success. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the leadership team to execute the human resource and talent strategy, focusing on recruiting, retention, and succession planning. - Providing support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and staff on complex HR issues and tasks. - Managing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for various roles. - Developing internal learning and development programs for employee growth. - Conducting disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations when necessary. - Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and staying updated on best practices in HR and talent management. - Other duties as assigned to support the HR function. You should possess the following skills and abilities: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. - Prioritization and delegation skills. - Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling HR matters. - Proficiency in employment laws and regulations, Microsoft Office, and HR software. Requirements for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
