HR Executive (only Female)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at Ramakrishna Hospital, Jayanagar. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be passionate about human resources functions in a healthcare setting. You will be supporting day-to-day HR activities and working closely with the Senior HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
• Help manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally

Salary: As per industry standards
Work Timings: Full-time (Day shift)
