JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist in Recruitment: Support in job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups. Onboarding Support: Help with employee onboarding, including document preparation and orientation. Maintain Employee Records: Keep employee records up to date and ensure compliance with company policies. Payroll and Benefits Support: Assist with payroll processing, attendance management, and benefits administration. Employee Engagement: Help organize engagement activities and address employee queries regarding HR policies. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Only Male candidates are preferred. 2) Basic Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field is enough. 3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4) Basic understanding of HR processes and functions. 5) Basic knowledge in MS Office.
