We have decide to expand our family businesses digitally and for that we are looking for a proactive, hardworking, and outside-the-box thinker.
HR & Onboarding Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with management for staff requirements, replacements, or performance issues.
2. Assist in creating and improving SOPs for daily operations of both businesses.
3. Maintain end-to-end employee onboarding process for hotel staff and shop staff using hiring portals like Apna.com, Naukri.com etc.
4. Prepare and maintain employee documentation, employee database, ID proofs, joining forms, attendance sheets, and leave records.
5. Ensure smooth induction of new employees: explain roles, SOPs, rules, and expectations.
6. Create and maintain monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave deductions, overtime, etc.).
7. Ensure discipline, hygiene standards, and staff behaviour (especially for hotel staff) are maintained.
Lead Generation & Customer Handling (MS Traders)
8. Handle cold calling and follow-ups for leads generated through:
· IndiaMart
· JustDial
· Google Maps inquiries & Walk-in & WhatsApp leads
9. Maintain a daily log of incoming leads, follow-up status, and conversion updates using Excel files.
10. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable materials (cement, iron, steel, paints, sanitary, etc.) with the correct pricing.
11. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
12. Maintain communication with customers until the order is successfully delivered.
13. Update management about lead performance, conversion rate, and customer feedback
3. Coordination & Operational Support
14. Work closely with the owners to understand business requirements.
15. Ensure smooth coordination between hotel staff, shop staff, suppliers, and delivery personnel.
16. Help maintain basic inventory updates and alert the team when stock is low (optional, if required).
Performance Expectations
· Maintain high-quality onboarding and HR documentation.
· Generate consistent leads and achieve monthly call & conversion targets (mutually set).
· Improve customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
· Bring new ideas to improve processes, staff efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
