Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice and non-voice processes. Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports Meet daily/weekly hiring targets Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools Perks: Day shift only Fixed Sunday off Performance-based incentives
